      Service Rates

IN LAB service rate is $90 per hour with a $20 minimum on a non-priority basis, or $120 per hour for priority/rush/while you wait service. We have a $45 diagnostic fee to identify the problem in most cases if we suspect an infection. Most of our in-lab service work is flat-rate priced instead of hourly so you know the cost in advance. It costs $20 minimum to have us do any work on your computer beyond looking at it.

ON SITE service rate is $120 per hour plus a $75 trip charge. $135 minimum ½ hour & no flat rates. We try to come the next day workload permitting. We will call first.

It costs $75 to have us walk in your door plus $120 per hour with $135 minimum (½  hour= $60 + $75= $135).

Service calls beyond a 25 mile radius of our shop in Waukesha are billed at $120 per hour portal to portal. (billing begins when we leave and we charge for whatever time it takes to get to your location twice to cover the return trip- but no $75 trip charge)

Priority/Emergency/Come ASAP/RUSH on-site jobs are billed at $150 per hour plus the $75 trip charge with a one hour minimum for on-site jobs! ($225 minimum)
