A friend recommended Computer Doctor WIS after my hard drive died Friday night. I contacted Ted and Brenda on Saturday morning and they told me to come right over. I purchased a refurbished computer from them and by late Saturday they advised that they had recovered my data!! Monday morning I picked up a flash drive with all the files from the old drive. I received a notification that my computer which had Windows 8 on it would no longer be supported and needed to upgrade to Windows 10. After calling Computer Doctors that said that this would be no problem for them to take care of and could help me right away. I brought my Laptop in and explained why I was there and they said I could have it back the next day. I received a call from them informing me that my battery was bulging and that it could possibly explode and damage my computer and possibly cause a fire. The next day my computer was brought up to incredibly fast speed and the battery replaced. I'm very ignorant regarding computers and their workings so Ted took a lot of time explaining to me everything that was done and made sure I understood what the new look would be on my computer after installing Windows 10 and how to navigate. They also installed a new SSD Hard Drive and created a mirror of my old one for a backup drive and informed me that I should keep that in a secure location. My experience being a novice regarding computers working with computer Doctors was pleasant and painless. I will most certainly would recommend this company regardless of your computer knowledge to be treated respectfully and honestly.

My service at the Computer Doctor this past weekend was commendable. Not only were they friendly and easy to work with, they explained everything to me thoroughly (I am not very tech savvy) and made sure everything was done completely and properly. They also went above and beyond and agreed to let me drop off my laptop on Christmas Day as I was freaking out due to a bad virus and fixed me all up very quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any computer problem you may have. Very knowledgeable and experienced.

This is the type of business that EVERYONE should be supporting. Most people can get whatever they need there for a much more reasonable price. Don’t wait for junior to help you (instead of playing candy crush on his phone) at Best Buy or Wal-Mart. Get EXACTLY what you need from these folks. Way better service and more knowledgeable. I purchased a laptop there and saved hundreds of dollars. I also had some work done on an older desktop. This is a no brainer.

Incredibly responsive in addressing boot issues with my son's gaming rig. Had most of the work done at the 1st visit, yet still kept it overnight. Only knock is that it felt like we were 90% of the way done, yet Ted's detail orientation had him trying to optimize. Cost for the solution felt a little high, but the work done was at a high level of quality. Would definitely go back.

He takes the time to listen to what the problem is and offers individualized options. He also provides guidance and suggestions to keep your computer running well and to avoid "user" error in the future. I totally trusted his opinion on what route to take to fix my "jazzed up" computer. The turnaround time to fix my computer was amazing. My computer started acting up last week and as usual I know just enough to get into trouble. I could not get it started after messing with it! I did a search on Facebook and Computer Doctor came up and Google Maps had good reviews. So I decided to give them a try. Also, it mentions that they were veteran owned on their website, so that made my decision easier. My biggest fear was that I was going to lose all my documents since I had not backed them up on a external drive. When I brought my computer in Ted tried to boot it up right away and couldn’t so he took out my drives and hooked them up. He was able to see a back up file so that made me feel good. He said he would check both drives to see if I had a virus and let me know what he finds out. He called later in the day and said he could not see any virus’s but had to complete the scan. The next morning, he called me and told me the drives were ok but my motherboard was bad and that was why I was having problems. He said because of the age of my computer he would suggest buying a new computer and could build me a nice one. I went that route and Ted was able to restore all my documents and pictures, boy was I relieved! It was a pleasure working with Ted and Brenda! They were both personal and caring. I also got my new computer the next day and it works great! He also showed my how to setup my external hard drive to backup my computer. I would definitely go back to them for computer problems!

I had the blue screen of death on my business laptop a few years ago. Computer Doctor was able to restore quite a bit of the data and put it on an external hard drive for me within a very short period of time which was crucial to me since I'm self-employed. Big Box stores are not that agile. They got my computer running again, removed viruses and I then transferred what I needed back to my laptop using Carbonite and the external drive. Later I went back to have them update my Windows to version 10. I have since recommended them to others.
